Crafting a Resume

Need: A client offering resume writing support would like to provide additional resources to assist their clients with resume development outside of one-on-one sessions.
Solution: I developed an eLearning course in Articulate Rise, designed to engage all learning styles using videos, interactive elements, and a downloadable resume template that learners can use as they work through the course. This is an asynchronous course allowing learners to move at their own pace and revisit as needed.
Outcome: This course addresses the challenge that clients cannot complete their resume in a single session with a job coach. It enables them to work through the resume writing process independently and at their own pace. The course is available on the client's website.
